Railroad Tracks Music Academy's mission is to raise the aesthetics of musicianship, artistry and entrepreneurship amongst artists and musicians in urban communities through professional development, workshops, mentoring and higher musical education. Our target focus group is those in low-to-moderate income level areas, offering mentoring, workshops, training and workforce development prioritizing those underprivileged and underserved.

 Our vision is to engage and accelerate the advancements of technology and resources of industries in an urban inner-city environment. Beyond being trendsetters, we envision a society in which BIPOC artists and communities own their culture through art, music, and entrepreneurship.
